Getting traffic, getting awareness.

So what’s cool is using this local search strategy,

he teaches some value in the video, and then he has

ways to, you know, people to reach out to him.

A couple tips here.

Number one, definitely the title and the tags.

The way you title the video, the way you tag the video

should be related to that question we just asked.

What is your target audience searching for.

The 2nd is share valuable content.

This is a chance, especially is for a real estate agent.

You’re gonna do business with somebody you know,

you gotta get to know ’em, that you like.

And that you ultimately trust.

And what’s a way to do that?

Adding value in advance, adding free value,

helping people get results before they ever even

And then, you give a call to action to go to

You can text him or call him or email him,

or he sends people to his website.

But he gets people signing, you know,

Remember, you’re just one ranked video away.

And here’s what’s interesting, there’s a huge YouTube myth

that says that you need to have a large YouTube channel

Steve is still just starting on YouTube.

And his channel has 322 subscribers, yet that video

had almost 3,000 views.

So he has a break out video, and what’s cool is,

especially in his thing, he doesn’t need tons of traffic.

He just needs one person, 10 people, to see it.

Because if you’re gonna sell a house, that’s a good payday
